Lowongan Kerja PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy

Medan, Kombur News – PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy adalah pembangkit listrik tenaga air terbesar di Indonesia yang masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Berlokasi di Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara, PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy akan menggunakan PLTA Batangtoru untuk menghasilkan listrik tenaga air hingga 510 MW.

PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy ingin membantu pemerintah Indonesia mencapai target listrik 35.000 MW yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia karena kebutuhannya yang besar. Konstruksi PLTA Batangtoru 510 MW diawasi dan diawasi secara menyeluruh sesuai dengan standar EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety). Meskipun area yang tergenang relatif kecil, proyek ini memanfaatkan debit air yang stabil dari Sungai Batang Toru dan kondisi topografi yang curam.

Saat ini PT North Sumatera Hydro Energy membuka Lowongan kerja untuk ditempatkan pada posisi berikut.

1. Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter data into computer systems according to instructions and procedures.
  • Check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve data entry problems.
  • Update databases and reports periodically.
  • Perform other data entry tasks as assigned.
  • Checking and sorting physical documents.
  • Willing to work on-site.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience as data entry staff, administration or similar position is a plus.
  • Fast and accurate typing ability with a minimum speed of 50-70 words per minute.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Thorough, focused, and patient.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to adapt to change.
  • Able to work under pressure.

2. Secretary

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administratrve support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and extemal communications in both English
  • and Mandarin
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Mandarin
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. phone calls, and emails in both languages
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Perform other office duties as required to support the efficient operation of the office

Qualifications :

  • (Male) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in an international business environment
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
